Janice is a respected member of Brisbane’s strata management community and boasts 26 years of body corporate management experience. Janice was the first person in Queensland to complete the Certificate IV in Strata Community Management and attends regular industry training to ensure that her knowledge and skills are kept up to date with legislative changes and industry trends.
In 2018 Janice was made a fellow of Strata Community Australia Qld, a true recognition of her contribution to the strata industry. Janice has recently moved away from the management of a portfolio and now concentrates on the running of Yule Strata. Janice’s knowledge of all things ‘strata’ is an invaluable asset to our clients.

Brendan has been a Body Corporate Manager for 8 years, Prior to him partnering with Janice at the inception of Yule Strata Brendan served as a member of the Australian Defence Force in the Regular Australian Full time Army for 12 years.
Brendan is a qualified carpenter, holds an Associate Degree in Business and has completed his Certificate IV in Strata Community Management.
In addition to managing a portfolio of buildings, Brendan also manages our office, he is an efficient operator in the many areas of body corporate management, with his strength lying in the management of maintenance at schemes. Brendan is an effective communicator and works collaboratively with his Committees to achieve the desired outcomes for the bodies corporate that he manages.

Sarah joined the body corporate management industry 14 years ago. With a background in retail management Sarah is an efficient communicator who applies a common sense approach to body corporate management.
Sarah manages a diverse portfolio of buildings, her commitment to assisting Committees to create and manage harmonious communities ensures a high level of client satisfaction.
Sarah is committed to ensuring her industry knowledge is up to date and with the support of Yule Strata frequently attends industry training.

Melissa is an experienced body corporate manager with 7 years industry experience. Starting her career as an assistant strata manager she quickly climbed the ranks to body corporate manager. Melissa prides herself on her ability to assist her clients navigate the complex world of body corporate to assist all owners & occupiers in creating a harmonious community. She brings to Yule Strata a wealth of knowledge and the experience to manage a complex portfolio efficiently, effectively and professionally. When asked what Melissa loves most about being a body corporate manager, she says that she loves the diversity of the role, meeting people from different walks of life and that no two days are the same.

Jared completed his high school education in 2019 and joined Yule Strata after this, Jared is the most experienced member of our administrative team. He is an efficient administrator, with exceptional organisational skills. Jared looks after most accounting matters relating to our bodies corporate. His friendly and professional manner will ensure you are well looked after whenever dealing with him.

Hailey joined the Yule Strata team in 2022 and offers administrative support to our body corporate managers. Hailey’s team spirit and work ethic is an attribute to Yule Strata, she will usually be your first point of contact when you phone our office, her friendly and helpful manner will ensure that you are well looked after.

Elisha joined Yule Strata in 2022 and offers support to both the Administration & Management teams. Bringing a strong customer service focus from a career as a flight attendant Elisha is an asset to the Yule Strata Team. You will work with Elisha if your Manager is not available and in regard to maintenance items at your scheme.
